I started out in psychological research, fascinated by how we understand human behavior and how we can support people better. But over time, I felt the urge to get closer to what really matters: working directly with people and helping them navigate difficult moments in real time. That’s why I now combine research with applied psychology, offering online counseling to people across Europe.

In my work, it’s important to me to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Some clients need room to explore and reflect. Others are looking for clarity or concrete steps forward. Wherever you are, I aim to meet you there. I draw on evidence-based methods and stay engaged with current research to ensure my work is informed and up to date. I offer sessions in English, German, and Danish.
